Returns & exchanges for change of mind purchases

If you would like to return or exchange a product for ‘change of mind’ or another similar reason, you must contact us within 60 days of delivery of the product.

Please note that returned products must be in their original condition and packaging and unused when returned. We will refund you the full amount (excluding postage costs) upon a full inspection of the products.

We recommend using a postage service that provides insurance and/or tracking to ensure we receive your returned item. We cannot be responsible if returned items are misplaced, lost or damaged on their way back to us.

*If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost to your location will be deducted from the refund amount.

Warranty

We take pride and care in the high quality  manufacture of our products. If, in the unlikely event, you have a problem with your product please contact us as soon as you are aware of a fault and we will repair or replace your product at our discretion. Warranty is valid for 6 months from purchase.
