These Mango Porridge Fingers are the perfect nutritious snack for little hands. Made with simple ingredients, they’re soft, delicious, and baby-led weaning friendly!
Our catchy silicone plate and lid is perfect for these because you can cook, serve and store these all in the one container!
Serves: 1-2 depending on your baby's portion size
Storage: in the fridge for 1-2 days.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup water (boiled & cooled slightly)
- 1/2 cup organic coconut milk.
- 1/2 cup mango (we used frozen)
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth OR you can mix them together in a large bowl (we recommend quick oats if doing this method)
- Place mixture into your catchy silicone plate.
- Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes (depending on your microwave settings). The middle should be slightly firm to touch but still moist.
- Cut into fingers while still hot and then allow to cool to room temperature. We served ours with coconut yoghurt!
