Easy Mango Porridge Fingers

These Mango Porridge Fingers are the perfect nutritious snack for little hands. Made with simple ingredients, they’re soft, delicious, and baby-led weaning friendly!

Our catchy silicone plate and lid is perfect for these because you can cook, serve and store these all in the one container! 

Serves: 1-2 depending on your baby's portion size

Storage: in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1/4 cup water (boiled & cooled slightly)

- 1/2 cup organic coconut milk.

- 1/2 cup mango (we used frozen)

  1.   Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth OR you can mix them together in a large bowl (we recommend quick oats if doing this method)
  2.   Place mixture into your catchy silicone plate.
  3.   Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes (depending on your microwave settings). The middle should be slightly firm to touch but still moist.
  4.   Cut into fingers while still hot and then allow to cool to room temperature. We served ours with coconut yoghurt!
